Please share your name, address, and phone number, along with a description of your idea. You can also choose your preferred size, surface (panel or canvas), and upload up to 5 photos. Need to send more than 5 photos? Just submit the form a second time.

A gentle heads-up: oil painting (which I use most of the time) is a slow craft. Between painting in layers and allowing each stage to dry properly, the whole process takes about four weeks. I promise it's worth the wait.

Please keep in mind: the prices in the form are for one subject (for example, a single dog) or a landscape. Need more than one animal, a custom size, or something complex? Just describe what you have in mind — I'll be happy to make you a custom offer.

Review and suggestions

Once I receive your form and photos, I'll take a look and share my thoughts. If your idea goes beyond one subject (for example, a single dog) or a landscape — like multiple animals or a very detailed composition — I'll include a custom price offer in my reply.

I might suggest a closeup instead of a full body, or the animal from one photo, the background from another, the gaze from a third. I'll explain my thinking and show you what I mean.

Agreement & contract

If you're happy with my suggestions, I'll send you a contract. Once you've signed it and paid the 50% deposit, your spot is reserved.

Close work together

Now the real collaboration begins. What you can expect at this stage:

Several project suggestions
Sketch and composition
Color block-in
Progress photos along the way

I'll share the progress with you at every step and ask for your thoughts along the way. Nothing is final until you're happy.

Painting process

I typically paint in oils, though acrylic is also available upon request. You'll see the work as it develops on canvas or panel.

Final approval & remaining payment

When the painting is finished, I'll send you a photo for your final OK. Once you're happy, the remaining 50% is due.

Delivery

After your final payment is processed, I'll ship the original artwork to you, along with a certificate of authenticity.
