Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you may return it unused and in its original packaging within 14 days. This does not apply to custom-made products created specifically for you.

To be eligible for the return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, and in its original packaging. Please also have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.

How to Start a Return
Simply reach out to me at contact@marinasosnovskaya.art, and I will gladly guide you through the process.

If your return is accepted, I will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without prior return authorisation cannot be accepted.

Refunds
Once I have received and inspected your return, I will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow a little extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not yet received your refund, please reach out to me at contact@marinasosnovskaya.art — I am always happy to help.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order carefully as soon as it arrives. If your painting is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact me immediately and kindly attach a few photos of the damage. Do not wait too long please. I truly want to make things right for you as quickly as possible.

In the unfortunate event of damage, return shipping costs will be covered by the artist.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made products created specifically for you cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Fine art prints and regular original paintinges are eligible for return under the policy above.
