Azul De Los Andes

CHF 300.00

Medium: Acrylics on wooden board
Year: 2026
Size: 20 cm / 7.9 inches

"Azul de los Andes" was inspired by Embalse Potrerillos, Argentina. It was born from a moment of fascination in the Andes. The water held a deep, almost magical teal color that shifts between blue and green depending on the light. Behind it, the mountains rose calmly, ancient and steady. In the foreground, stones and bushes anchored the view, reminding me that beauty lives just as much in the small, rough details as in the grand horizon.

I painted this on a wooden board, in a round format, because some views feel complete — no edges, no beginning or end, just a feeling you want to keep in your heart.
